• Extensive experience in cross-border transactions, advising multinational clients across the full deal lifecycle, including structuring, conducting and leading comprehensive due diligence processes, negotiating and drafting key transaction documents, and coordinating closings and post-closing integration processes in close collaboration with business units to ensure legal, operational and contractual alignment.

• Provides day-to-day corporate and commercial advisory as a trusted legal partner to multinational and local clients across a wide range of sectors, including technology, retail, automotive, energy and manufacturing, covering corporate governance, regulatory compliance, shareholder relations and commercial contracts.

• Advises on intellectual property matters, including drafting and negotiating license agreements.
